We harvest your grass the morning it is delivered, and it arrives the next day after you order. We don’t deliver on Sundays or UAE public holidays, so a Saturday order arrives on Monday.
Happy Cats Guarantee: if your box arrives with a problem, we send you a new one. Subscribers whose cat doesn't take to a grass get another grass to try, and can have their money back if that one isn't for them either. Read the terms.

FAQ
How long does a box stay fresh?
About 7 days from harvest, whichever plan you are on. Keep it somewhere cool, away from direct sun and heat. In a home with several cats, a box is usually finished in three to four days.
When will my box arrive?
The day after you order, between 12 PM and 10 PM, anywhere in the UAE. We harvest your grass the morning your box is delivered, so it reaches you the same day it is harvested.
We don’t deliver on Sundays or UAE public holidays. A Saturday order arrives on Monday.
Do I need to water the box?
Add a little water at the base of the box, never on the grass. Start two days after the box arrives, not on the day it arrives.
Can I keep the box in the fridge?
Keep the box out of direct sun. In the UAE summer, the fridge works well. A box stays good for about 7 days from harvest.
What’s the difference between wheat, oat and barley?
All three help with hairballs, so the choice comes down to your cat.
- Wheat: soft, fine grass. A daily ritual for cats prone to stress.
- Oat: crisp grass for shy and particular cats.
- Barley: broad leaves, harvested young, for adult and senior cats who nibble at their own pace.
Does cat grass help with hairballs?
Yes. Fresh cat grass helps with hairballs, and wheat, oat and barley all do, so choose the grass that suits your cat. Regular brushing and fresh water help too.
What if my cat doesn’t take to their grass?
Cats can be particular, and each grass has its own texture. If you’re a subscriber, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we send you a box of one of the other two grasses. If your cat enjoys it, we switch your subscription to that grass.
If the second grass isn’t for them either, tell us within 48 hours of its delivery. You choose: a box of the third grass, or a full refund of your latest plan payment. If you choose the refund, your subscription ends. This is once per subscription. Full terms

How does the Sprouties subscription work?
Pick your grass, or take our quiz, and choose how often it comes: weekly, every 10 days or every 2 weeks. Prefer variety? Our rotation bundles bring a new grass each week, or all three every 10 days. Homes with several cats can use Build Your Plan to get 1 to 4 boxes per delivery.
Each plan has one monthly price, with free delivery, and covers every delivery that month. Your box is harvested the morning it is delivered and reaches you the same day, between 12 PM and 10 PM, fresh and chilled. You can skip, pause or reschedule a delivery, change your grass, or cancel any time from your account. No commitments, no fees.
