3. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway & Stripe.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. delivery/shipping cost is 10 AED for anywhere across the emirates, and the delivery timeline is next day of ordering (within 24 hours). For full details on delivery areas and timelines, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

5. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it, just notify us with a photo within 12 hours of delivery.

 

6. Product Availability

Our grass is freshly grown and limited in quantity. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if inventory becomes unavailable. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all content on the site will always be completely current or error-free.

 

8. Privacy & Data Use
