Orders & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
We harvest your grass the morning after you order and deliver it within 4 to 6 hours of harvest.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order has not been packed yet. Email us your order number and the new address as soon as you can.
Where do you deliver and what are delivery hours?
We deliver across all seven emirates, between noon and 10pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Saturday arrive on Monday.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Our driver will contact you and arrange another attempt. We never leave grass unattended, so it reaches you fresh.
Where can I track my order?
Use the "Track My Order" button above or check your email for tracking details.
What if I ordered the wrong grass?
Let us know as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to swap it before dispatch.
Subscriptions
Can I pause or skip a subscription delivery?
Yes. Log in to your account to skip, pause or reschedule a delivery at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account. There are no commitments and no fees.
Can I change the grass type in my subscription?
Yes. You can switch between wheat, oat and barley at any time from your account.
How does subscription pricing work?
Weekly and every-10-days plans cost less per box than one-time orders, and every subscription plan includes free delivery.
Care & Freshness
How long will the grass stay fresh?
A box stays fresh for about 7 days from harvest. Keep it somewhere cool, away from direct sun and heat.
Do I need to water the box?
Add a little water at the base of the box, never on the grass.
Can I refrigerate it?
Yes. A cool fridge helps it stay fresh through the week.
How do I store it at home in summer?
Keep it in the coolest spot in your home, away from vents that blow warm air. In the UAE summer, the fridge works well.
What if there's mold or a smell?
Send us a photo through the Happy Cats Guarantee form within 24 hours of delivery, and we send you a new box.
How much should I give my cat per day?
Let your cat nibble at their own pace. If they eat a lot at once and bring it back up often, offer the box for 10 to 15 minutes at a time instead.
My cat is very keen and overeats. What should I do?
Some cats are very keen at first. Offer the box in short sessions of 10 to 15 minutes rather than leaving it out all day. The novelty usually settles within a few days.
What if the grass turns yellow or wilts?
Later in the week, that means the box has reached the end of its time. The grass can go in the compost, and a fresh box can be on its way. If it arrives that way, send us a photo through the Happy Cats Guarantee form within 24 hours of delivery and we send you a new box.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure online checkout.
My promo code isn't working. What should I do?
Check the spelling, the expiry date and whether the code applies to the items in your cart. If it still does not work, contact us below.

No. Our grass is organic and pesticide-free.
How is hydroponic growing sustainable?
Our grass is organic and grown hydroponically, which uses far less water than soil farming, and it is grown and delivered here in the UAE. How our grass is grown
Is Sprouties safe for kittens or senior cats?
Yes. Our grass is organic, pesticide-free and vet approved, and cats of every age can enjoy it. Barley suits adult and senior cats, and kittens can start once they are eating solid food.
My cat has allergies. Is this okay?
If your cat has allergies or a health condition, check with your vet before you add anything new, grass included.
Do you work with vet clinics?

Do you sell seeds or DIY kits?
No. Every box arrives fully grown and ready to nibble, so there is nothing to plant and no waiting.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We deliver fresh and chilled across the UAE.

Is cat grass safe for kittens?
Yes, once they are eating solid food. Our grass is organic and pesticide-free, grown for cats to nibble. Offer a small amount while you watch, and let your kitten explore at their own pace.
How often should I give my cat grass?
Keep a fresh box within reach and let your cat nibble when they like. A box stays fresh for about 7 days from harvest.
Can cats eat wheatgrass every day?
Yes. Wheat makes a daily ritual for cats prone to stress. It naturally contains chlorophyll, vitamins C and E, and trace minerals, and like all three grasses it helps with hairballs. If your cat eats a lot and brings it back up often, offer it in shorter sessions and check with your vet.
What's the difference between cat grass and catnip?
They are different plants. Cat grass is young wheat, oat or barley grass, grown for cats to nibble every day, and it helps with hairballs. Catnip (Nepeta cataria) is a herb from the mint family that sets off a short burst of play in many cats. Plenty of homes keep both.
Does cat grass help with hairballs?
Yes. Fresh cat grass helps with hairballs, and wheat, oat and barley all do, so choose the grass that suits your cat. Regular brushing and fresh water help too.
Why is my cat eating grass and throwing up?
Some cats bring grass back up now and then, and an occasional episode is nothing unusual: most cats nibble grass, and most are healthy when they do. If it happens often, or your cat seems unwell, talk to your vet.
