Data Deletion

When you message Sprouties on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, we keep the details we need to help you: your name or profile name, the contact details you share, and your conversation with us. We use them only to answer your questions and look after your orders, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to ask us to delete your data

Email contact@sprouties.ae with the subject "Data deletion request", and tell us:

• the app you messaged us on (WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger)
• your phone number, Instagram username or Facebook name, so we can find your messages

We will confirm we have your request within 2 business days and delete your messaging data within 30 days. We will email you once it is done.

What we may need to keep

If you have placed an order, we may keep order and payment records for as long as UAE law requires. Deleting your messaging data does not cancel a subscription; you can manage that from your account page.

Removing our access from your account

On Facebook or Instagram you can also remove Sprouties from your connected apps at any time in your account settings, under Apps and Websites.
